Connection Error Message

After using the mobile app on my phone and the web app on my computer, when I try to sync things on my phone, I keep getting a Connection error with my user name, I have tried everything I could think of to successfully sync but I still cannot. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S23Ultra, running On UI version 5.1, Android version 13. What do you suggest I do?

If you are on an older version of Remember Me (below 6), you can try logging out, navigating to your verse list, and logging in again.
On Remember Me 6 (current version), if you are ok with the state of your verse collection on https://web.remem.me, you can uninstall the app from your mobile device and reinstall it. If synchronizing still does not work, you may have to clear the app cache and data (https://www.avg.com/en/signal/how-to-clear-cache-on-android-phones).
If there are a lot of verses on your mobile device that are missing on https://web.remem.me, export all your verses (instructions for current version, instructions for older versions) and send the file to support@remem.me so we can investigate what might be causing the problem.
