I am experiencing several issues with the update to Version 6: 1. Version 6 appears to have taken almost all of the verses from the "New" and "Known" box and duplicated them into the "Due" box. There are some verses I know were originally in the "New" box, as I had not yet memorized them, that are now in the "Due" box and no longer in the "New" box. Additionally, there are some verses now in the "Due" box that are also in the "Known" box - I know I had these verses already memorized and they were not due today. 2. This happens both on the mobile app (Android) and the web version: Upon clicking any box, New or Due or Known, and changing the "Order list by" option, both the app and the web version logs out my account. To clarify, it logs out my previous/username account, not the new email account you were required to create. 3. I'm not confident my previous/username account is synced to my new email account. 4. Not as vitally important, but I'm no longer able to choose any color options like I was in previous versions. A little discouraged about this and the momentary panic it caused. I think I've figured everything out to the best of my ability, but was certainly panicked for a minute that I lost years of data. I suppose this is post just feedback for the app creators as there's no further steps to take.

#### Information about recovering missing verses after the update If you haven't backed up all of your verses (by online account or by exporting them to file), you can still recover them from your device (if you haven't uninstalled the app). Some additional feedback: 1. Expanding on a previously mentioned issue: Upon changing any setting (i.e. "Order list by", Font Type, any customizable feature), I am logged out of my account and have to reconnect it. 2. When I opened the app today, there were supposed to be four verses in the Due box; they were not there. I found these four verses in the Known box with the word "Today" listed on the right side of the box indicating they are due today but were not automatically moved to the Due box. I had to manually move these four verses to the Due box in order to review them. Please continue to work on all this. I've loved this app and have been such a strong proponent of it to many of my friends, so all these issues are discouraging. Maybe consider rescinding Remember Me 6 and going back to the previous version, if that's possible.

Thank you for your feedback, and apologies for the inconvenience! The new app version does everything to prevent future panic moments (e.g. when the phone breaks etc.).
You can find information about deleting duplicate verses in the help pages.
Remember Me 6 is not fully compatible with older versions. One thing it does differently is how it handles the "Due" date of verses. In order to keep your "Due" box balanced, you may want to try different values for "Review Frequency" and "Review Interval" in your account settings. The new app version gives you immediate feedback on how the settings influence the boxes.
Please use web.remem.me for synchronizing pc and mobile device. Otherwise you might end up with more duplicates.
The flashcard colours change depending of the current level of the memory verse. If you don't like them, you can replace them with images.

Wow, I so wish all this worked. I just did it on my laptop and find very few of the same windows as in your screenshots. I am so bummed. I reinstalled the old version on my phone and now I feel stuck as to how to take care of this. I have the text file on my phone, reinstalled the updated version, and have clicked on every menu option and there's no option to import file. And since I can't figure out how to delete a verse, I am stuck.

Try opening the master menu represented by the three horizontal lines in the top left corner. Tap where it displays "No Account" and click "add existing account"; this will be juse your username, not your email. Then again open the master menu with the three horizontal lines, click "No Account", then your account should appear below and be a clickable option - click that and your verses should be displayed. Hopefully that helps

More issues... So incredibly disheartening as I've been using this app for 6 years and seemingly so much has been lost.

Tried adding a verse and the whole app crashed, sending me back months and years. After I got logged back in, at least one label was deleted (this label was not a newer one; I added it a long time ago), several newer memorized verses deleted, and all verses are back in the "Due" column with the "days ago" counter completely inaccurate stating they were due 1,500+ days ago (around 6 years).

I'm so sad but I'm going to have to move to another app or paper and pencil for verse memory as this app now has more potential to frustrate me than help me.

Update: not only did the app delete the label itself, but also any verse that was categorized within that label has also been deleted...

I'm asking for 1-1 help from @support to help me at least restore my app to a (recent) previous version so I can download an Excel doc of all my verses to start over somewhere else. If not that, maybe help to access the cloud where all the data is stored so I can download that.. please help fix this absolute disaster. I'm genuinely upset and sad about this
