Notify when due

Is there a way to set the Android app to only notify if verses are due? I see there's a setting to be notified daily, but I only want to be notified if verses are due.

Thank you for the suggestion. This is currently not possible, ~~but it would make sense as a future addition to the app.~~ Come to think of it, memorizing works best as a daily routine. If no verses are due, it's time to study new ones.

I understand your perspective about making memorization a daily routine, but I would like to clarify that my schedule doesn't always allow for consistent study of new verses. I use the app as a tool to reinforce what I’ve already learned, and being notified only when verses are due would help me focus on review without feeling pressured to constantly add new ones. I hope this feedback helps improve the app for users with varying schedules. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

I agree that Scripture memory should be a daily routine. However, I use Remember Me primarily as a review app...My memorization takes place with a hard copy of the Scripture.

Earlier this year, I had finished memorizing Romans and used Remember Me to remind me to keep reviewing the chapters. However, during the longer gaps of spaced review I got tired of opening the app to discover I had nothing to review...Then I would ignore the notification a few days only to discover that I missed several days of review material. I had wondered if it was possible to only be notified when I had verses to review but couldn't find a way to do it, so I turned off the notifications and did not use the app for awhile. Now I am back with my next large chunks of review material and have started getting the notifications again....and once again I have gotten to the spaced days with nothing to review in the app.

Please reconsider your decision to make this a part of the app. This would be a valuable addition for those of us who use the app for long-term review.
