Cannot add verses.

I've been trying to add verses, and I get an error message "not recognized. I have 870 verses.

Can someone please help.

Please describe the issue in detail.

Device type (iOS, Android, web browser...) and app version, e.g. Remember Me 6.7.17 (1601)
Exact reference you entered
Source you selected
Did the orange book button appear?
Does the same happen when you access the app in a different way, e.g. on https://web.remem.me ?
Where and when did the error message appear? What else was on the screen?
