Transfer Collection ownership

I have created a couple of collections for our ministry Equip Disciples and published them under my name Joe Friberg. I now think it would be better to publish them under the ministry name either as a subaccount under my login or to create a separate login for the ministry. What are your recommendations for best practices? And is there a way to transfer the current collections to a new (sub)account while retaining the current tag/identifier? Again, I'm looking for best practices and greatest continuity. God bless!

Using different verse accounts for different purposes makes perfectly sense. Verse accounts can be transferred to a different user login if required. The same cannot be said about collections within a verse account, though. If it is important to keep the label/collection id, I suggest to rename your account Joe Friberg to (e.g.) Equip Disciples, to add a new verse account to your login named Joe Friberg, and to transfer your personal verses to the new Joe Friberg account by exporting them to a file and importing them into the new verse account.
